Seconds Sale Fundraiser

Each year approximately 200 craftspeople from across the region send their work to the annual Snow Farm Seconds Sale. For three consecutive weekends in November, we open our spacious grounds to visitors for an early holiday outing. Seconds can be excess inventory, experimental pieces, discontinued lines, or slightly flawed items. There are also plenty of firsts!

Coming Up:

November 9, 10 , 11
November 16, 17, 18
November 23, 24, 25
10 am - 4 pm daily

In addition to excellent shopping, guests can also make their own glass ornament in the glassblowing studio, stop at the cafe for hot drinks or a light lunch, and get a feel for the Snow Farm campus and what we do here. High-quality items are offered at amazing prices, including glassware, pottery, wooden bowls and cutting boards, scarves and bags, jewelry and much more.

Volunteer

Snow Farm is a nonprofit residential craft school, one of only a handful similar places in the U.S. The Seconds Sale is Snow Farm's most important fundraiser of the year. Purchases at the Second Sale benefit both the artist and Snow Farm.

Many volunteers help throughout the sale, and we welcome anyone who would like to lend a hand, and get to know us better. Volunteers direct cars, wrap purchases, ring up sales, and restock merchandise as it sells. As a thank you, volunteers are invited to lunch in the cafe and receive a small discount on purchases during the day they volunteer.  Interested?  Email Mary Jo or call 413-268-3101.
