Janet Dalecki was first introduced to art glass in 1989 through her family's stained glass business. She received her B.F.A. from Alfred University in 2002 with a concentration in glass. In 2004 Janet moved to Corning, NY where she began working for several privately owned studios and artists, eventually working at the Corning Museum of Glass. After a decade, she continues to teach classes there in various glass making techniques and sells her work in the Museum gift shop. Janet enjoys glassblowing, mosaics, flameworking, fusing, and stained glass.
