2026 Instructor Onboarding
We’re thrilled you’re joining us for the 2026 season at Snow Farm!
Please complete the two forms below and email us your photos so we can share information about you and your workshop on our website and marketing materials, and to help make your experience with us go as smooth as possible.
You should have received a contract via email from our Program Manager, Jacqueline Henry. Please be sure to electronically sign the contract per the instructions. If you have not received a contract, please contact Jacqueline at jacquelineh@snowfarm.org or 413-268-3101 x103
Please complete the following two forms and email us your images within 2 weeks of receiving your Onboarding email. Our Program team will contact you if it is not received within a timely manner.
1. INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION FORM
Provide a brief bio and let us know about any personal preferences while staying at Snow Farm. If you are teaching multiple courses you only need to fill out this form once.
2. WORKSHOP INFORMATION FORM
Provide a brief description of your workshop, and let us know about your supply and studio needs for delivering a successful workshop at Snow Farm. If you are teaching multiple courses you need to fill out this form once for each course.
3. EMAIL PHOTOS
Send a headshot and 3-5 professional images representative of the work you intend to produce in your workshop. For headshots, the ideal aspect ratio is square, 1:1. It will be cropped into a circle to use as the avatar photo for your instructor profile. For workshop images, please provide photos with a clean background and a horizontal aspect ratio. Vertical images will not work.
Email the images to socialmedia@snowfarm.org
You can find more details about your role and working at Snow Farm in the 2026 Instructor Handbook.
We will keep you posted as the 2026 workshop catalog develops and let you know when registration is open so you can promote your class. We generally provide a live public preview of the catalog by mid December and open registration shortly after the New Year.
