INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION FORM
Provide a brief bio and headshot and let us know about any personal preferences while staying at Snow Farm. If you are teaching multiple courses you only need to fill out this form once.
WORKSHOP INFORMATION FORM
Provide a brief description of your workshop, images for a gallery, and let us know about your supply and studio needs for delivering a successful workshop at Snow Farm. If you are teaching multiple courses you need to fill out this form once for each course.

We will keep you posted as the 2026 workshop catalog develops and let you know when registration is open so you can promote your class. We generally provide a live public preview of the catalog by mid December and open registration shortly after the New Year.
